A HELPING HAND DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME

We are extending Kia warranty and Free Service Maintenance for an additional 30 days for vehicles affected during the Movement Control Order 3.0. This is our commitment to offer the best ownership experience for our customers. Stay safe, Kia got you covered.

FREE SERVICE MAINTENANCE & WARRANTY

The vehicle warranty and Free Service Maintenance (FSM) will be extended with an additional grace period of 30 days from the date of registration starting from 1st June to 28th June 2021. The vehicle with its warranty/FSM affected during the MCO period will be given an additional 1 month to complete the missed out of warranty or FSM job. All the warranties and FSM expiring throughout this period will be honored until the MCO is lifted.

Yes, we will be implementing disinfecting procedures on our premises and even the interiors of all vehicles before and after service.

Yes, without a doubt that all service centers will accept walk-in customers. However, it may take a longer period depending on our service workload at that point in time. For all normal maintenance services and any major repairs that do not have sufficient time to complete, the vehicle will be left overnight in the workshop and to continue the next following day.

The extension of warranty and FSM will be honored with an additional 30 days from the date of registration without any restriction on mileage. Please ensure your vehicle service interval and warranty repair are performed after 28th June 2021.

The recommended maintenance interval will be calculated based on the vehicle registration date. There is a service reminder in the form of a wrench indicator light that will be illuminated on the vehicle gauge cluster when the preset maintenance period arrives. Please refer to Warranty and Service Booklet for further details.
