JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Devising ways to optimize inventory control procedures.

  • Inspecting the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages.

  • Ensuring product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.

  • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.

  • Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory.

  • Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.

  • Analyse data to anticipate future needs.

  • Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships.

  • Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met.

  • Main responsibility is to support service network and other concerned parties in every technical aspect.

  • Do analysis of the problem with help from technical personnel and other corporate-wide information will be done.

  • Make sure service network have the necessary common special service tool to ensure serviceability for specific task and repair.

  • Other than assisting service network in technical problem, and help other department in supporting their operations too.

  • Support network in carrying out service measure request by KC respectively realize technical update and implement to dealer network.

  • Total 5 years' experience in commercial vehicles workshop

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible on implement, execution and monitoring of KIA Corp and BAuto aftersales Quality Standard, Dealer Standard, CI and Business activities.

  • Monitoring of aftersales business KPI, CSI and formulate and execute on new aftersales projects of BAuto Group, initiated from time to time.

  • Be up to date of market activities of other automotive brands aftersales activities, marketing campaigns, aftersales process to adopt / implement strategies that are innovative aiming BAuto to be market leader.

  • Implement of aftersales SOP for both Dealer and Bermaz owned outlet and monitoring for operations efficiency and control.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and submit purchase order and invoice, monitoring petty cash and to ensure submission of claims to Finance Department.

  • Ensure data are keyed-in and maintain data in GENPACX.

  • Ensure submission for summary of Service Tax.

  • Prepare monthly attendance report, daily collection, monthly sales report, minutes of meeting and to submit all related document to the Management

  • Answer calls, set and arrange appointments with customer.

  • Attend to customer enquiries and update customer.

  • Monitor stationary, waste oil, beverage, voucher and etc.

  • Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the superior.

  • Maintain the spare parts store clean, neat and tidy at all times.

  • Maintain and manage all displays and ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction and effective controls on all the inventory.

  • Coordinate with both internal and external customers and ensure all parts reach within time frame.

  • Maintain and update knowledge on all parts and products and design of all purchase orders.

  • Manage and monitor all invoices and compare the same to all requisition and evaluate quality of parts received and maintain records of all parts purchased and received.
